Drop Eighty-Seven

Psalms 118:8-9

“It is better to take refuge in the LORD Than to trust in man. It is better to take refuge in the LORD Than to trust in princes“ (NASB1995).

I am so thankful for what the LORD has provided and continues to provide for us. We are both thankful for my day job, our home, our location, our family, our friends, feel blessed having our basic needs met and just a little leeway as well. God has been very good to us. I trust Him. We trust HIM. The LORD has His plans, and He is trustworthy. Regardless of what changes may come, as Steven Curtis Chapman shared in his song, No Better Place, “There’s no better place on earth, than the road that leads to Heaven. No other place I’d rather be”. So thankful the peace and hope within.

Heavenly Father,

Thank You again who You are, what You have done and continue to do for us. Your ways are not like our ways. You know what is to come. Thank You for your patience with us. We pray for wisdom and unity for our nation and our leaders. May we continue to trust, commit our lives to You and follow your leading. May we be sensitive to the prompting of the Holy Spirit. May God’s grace and love abound within each of us. May joy continue to grow within.
